      Great question! About 5o visible teeth (half on the upper jaw and half on the lower jaw)! But the beauty of it is that they have serrated teeth that are arranged in rows, so when a tooth is lost another replaces it immediately…this means that they actually have a lot more teeth at each time in their mouth (though at different stages of development and not all out)…this can be about 300 teeth at a time (though most are hidden)! In a lifetime, estimations point that shark can go through about 30000 to 50000 teeth!
